The Scepter is a Banner Offhand, appearing infrequently in the Banner and Workshop.

Obtainment

Abilities

  • Passive - "Hijack" - All Attacks used by the Scepter will "Hijack" Enemies to your control. This makes them so that they cannot attack the user and they will attack those who has damaged the user last. You are able to "Hijack" Casuals, Professionals and Valley Enemies if the Scepter is below Tier VI.

  • Passive - "Burn" - Scepter's laser attacks will apply "Burn" that slowly damages enemies.

  • Passive - "Mind Synergy" - Grants an equivalent of 300 Mind Stone Carats in scaling.

  • 1 - "Lunge" - Dash towards the direction your character is facing in and swing the Scepter dealing moderate damage.

  • 2 - "Laser Beam (Vertical)" - Raise the Scepter above you and release a blue laser in a straight line in the direction of the character's front position, applying "Burn"

  • 3 - "Slam" - Slam the Scepter into the ground creating a shockwave that flings opponents within its vicinity.

  • 4 - "Laser Beam (Circular)" - Raise the Scepter above you and release a blue laser that circles around the character, applying "Burn".

  • 5 - "Telekinesis" - Use the Mind stone imbued within the Scepter to Raise a piece of material from the ground and lunge it in a straight line in the direction of the character's front position.

Ultimates

  • "This Usually Works" - This will cause all "Hijacked" Enemies to de-aggro from the last enemy that has damaged the wielder.

  • "You Will All Fall Before Me" - This will cause all "Hijacked" Enemies to gain an Agility and health buff.

Tiers

Tier I - "Glorious Purpose"

  • Increased maximum instances of "Hijacked" Enemies.

Tier IV - "Kneel Before Me"

  • Ultimate "You Will All Fall Before Me" lasts for a longer period of time.

Tier V - "AEGIS"

  • Instances of "Hijacked" Enemies increase the player's Defense.

Tier VI - "Selvig's Failsafe"

  • "Hijacked" Enemies will explode on death.

Palettes

  • The Scepter has one exclusive palette that a player commissioned.
