Spawning
There are two variants of Mini-Bosses that can be found:
Cutscene Spawns
A cutscene Mini-Boss spawns every hour, and is broadcast to every player in the server with a unique sound. This allows players to know what Mini-Boss has spawned as well as which Map they spawned on.
Cutscene Mini-Bosses are significantly stronger than most Enemies, typically found with multiple random Innates and wielding an Offhand. They are immune to percent damage.
Once defeated, they have a chance to drop:
World Spawns
These Mini-Bosses arrive unannounced, but are significantly weaker than the other variant. They have no special drops besides a large amount of the usual Stats, although they still wield their Offhands and can be quite dangerous as a result. They do not have percent damage immunity. May rarely drop their Offhands if the player is below Level 50.
