America's Flag is an Event Offhand, obtainable only by the 4th of July event.

Obtainment

  • Defeat the Moshierou Mini-Boss during the 4th of July event.

Abilities

  • Passive - "Liberty Rain" - Upon dealing damage, stars rain around you, dealing damage to any enemies hit.

  • 1 - "Slam" - Slam the flag stand into the ground, dealing damage and flinging enemies with a shockwave.

  • 2 - "Spin Throw" - Throw the Flag into a spin around you, flinging any enemies hit by it.

Ultimate

  • "O Say Can You See" (50% health) - Rain countless stars from the sky, dealing heavy damage. 5 minute cooldown.

Tiers

  • Gain increased maximum health.

Tier II - "..."

  • While Intolerant, increase offensive capabilities.

  • "Liberty Rain" will pre-empt enemy movements, making it more likely to hit them.
