The Cosmi-Rod is a Banner Offhand, appearing infrequently in the Banner and Workshop.
Obtainment
Abilities
Passive - "Tether" - Attach a tether to attackers, allowing damage to be dealt to them when attacking other enemies.
Passive - "Power Burn" - When an enemy is tethered to the wielder, they take burn damage whenever "Shockwave", "Slam", and "Spin Throw" hits a target.
Passive - "Power Synergy" - Grants an equivalent of 300 Power Stone Carats in scaling.
1 - "Shockwave" - Swing the Cosmi-Rod forward, sending out a damaging shockwave.
2 - "Slam" - Raise the Cosmi-Rod before slamming it into the ground, dealing damage as well as flinging nearby enemies.
3 - "Spin Throw" - Throw the Cosmi-Rod in a circular orbit around you, flinging struck enemies.
Ultimate
- "Execute" - Send the Cosmi-Rod forwards, dealing damage to any opponent hit by the head.
Tiers
Tier I - "Terrorist"
- Increased maximum number of "Tethers" that can be active at once.
Tier II - "Radical"
- Burns deal increased damage.
Tier III - "Zealot"
- Instances of "Tether" increase offenses.
Tier VI - "Accuser"
- Record damage dealt by "Tether". Buffed "Execute" damage.
Trivia
- The Cosmi-Rod grants the wielder the in-game title "Accuser".
