America's Shield

America's Shield is a Starter Offhand, having numerous obtainment methods and appearing frequently in the Workshop and Banner as a side-reward. As it applies knockdown, America's Shield can be rather effective at neutralizing targets and confirming attacks at close ranges.

Obtainment

• New players can choose this as their starter Offhand during the tutorial.
• Common drop from the Captain America Mini-Boss.
• Creation at the Forge.
  • 100,000 Ash, x10 Top Hat (Red), x10 Beanie, x10 Bowler (Black).
• Appears frequently in the Banner and Workshop.
  • Costs 5 Prestige to purchase from the Workshop.
• Can be bought in the Offhands menu for $50,000 Money if the player has no America's Shields in their inventory.

Abilities

• Passive - "Shield Block" - Block with the shield instead of the Gauntlet. Movement speed while blocking is increased.

• 1 - "Forward Throw" - Throw the shield straight forward, knocking down any enemy it hits.

• 2 - "Spin Throw" - Throw the shield in a spiral, knocking down any enemy that is hit.

Tier II - "I Can Do This All Day"

• Opponents hit by the shield are knocked down for longer.

Tier III - "Avengers Assemble"

• While Intolerant, the shield deals percent damage.
